  • The effects of environmental factors on the growth of Lactobacillus spp(LH) were studied under the condition of laboratory. The results showed that the strain can grow weu under temperature of 15~40℃, salinity of 0~40 and pH 3~10, with optimum condition of 30~40℃, salinity 0 and pH 6~7. LH can grow under any DO condition. LH can adapt environmental conditions well.
