1. South China Fisheries Science is a bimonthly academic journal in the field of aquaculture, sponsored by the South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, and publicly distributed both domestically and internationally. It mainly publishes original papers, research briefs, reviews, etc. on the protection of fishery ecological environment and biodiversity, aquaculture ecology and healthy aquaculture, monitoring and conservation of fishery resources, biotechnology, aquatic germplasm resources and genetic breeding, marine pastures and fishery equipment, fishery biological diseases, aquatic quality and safety control, and basic theoretical research of aquaculture in tropical and subtropical regions.

2. Characteristics of SCFS: The authors of the journal consist of experts from aquatic research institutes, universities, young and middle-aged academic leaders, as well as doctoral and master's degree holders, and fishery technology promoters. Short publishing cycle, implementing the policy of offering high compensation for excellent manuscripts, and prioritizing the publication of outstanding manuscripts. For papers that have received funding from various national and provincial special research funds, this journal will give priority to acceptance. Authors are requested to indicate the project name and number in the footnote on the first page of the manuscript.

3. Submission Requirements

3.1 SCFS has fully implemented online submission, review, and revision, and no longer accepts paper submissions. The author enters the website of this magazine (http://www.schinafish.cn/) After simple registration, you can submit online articles.

3.2 The manuscript should have clear arguments, reliable data, concise language, and clear hierarchy. An abstract of 400 words or less and 3–6 keywords are required.

3.3 Please write the author and their employer name, postal code clearly under the title of the manuscript; Please indicate the birth date, gender, education level, professional title, main research direction, and email address of the first author and corresponding author in the footnote on the homepage.

3.4 Generally, papers should not exceed 8000 words, reviews should not exceed 7000 words, and research briefs should be limited to 6000 words (including figures, tables, etc.).

3.5 Please submit in Word format without uploading a PDF document. The article does not require column layout.

3.6 All Chinese characters in the text (except for the Chinese author) are in Song typeface, while English letters and numbers are in Times New Roman. The capitalization, italics, top and bottom letters, numbers, and easily confused letters of foreign letters and symbols in the manuscript must be clearly marked.

3.7 The first appearance of a biological species name in the main text and abstract must be in Latin (italics), and the name of the individual must be in proper font; The genus name cannot be abbreviated when it first appears in the text. The chemical element that appears for the first time in the text must have both a Chinese name and an element symbol, and the element symbol must be uniformly used thereafter.

3.8 The measurement units used in the manuscript shall be written in accordance with the foreign letters specified in the GB3100-3102-93 standard "Measurement and Units" issued by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on December 27, 1993, and the Chinese characters in parentheses shall no longer be used. For example, the area is converted into hectares using km2, hm2, m2, cm2, and mm2. The volume is measured in cubic meters (m3), cubic centimeters (cm3), and cubic millimeters (mm3); Capacity in L (liters) and mL (milliliters). Time is measured in days (d), hours (h), minutes (min), and seconds (s). Use μL·L–1 or mg·kg–1 instead of ppm to indicate concentration. The unit of measurement does not use a slash, but instead uses a centered point, such as mL·min–1. Other information cannot be added to the combination unit, such as a photosynthetic rate (CO2) of 27.5–31.3 μmol·(m2·s)–1, which cannot be written as a photosynthetic rate of 27.5–31.3 μmol CO2·(m2·s)–1.

3.9 Abstract description: Please use the third person, such as "this article" should be "article", and "China" should be "China".

3.10 Preface or introduction does not need to be numbered. "Materials and Methods" should be numbered starting from 1 and up to level 3 titles. The fourth character of the first level title, the fifth character of the second level title in bold, and the fifth character of the third level title.

3.11 Chinese Title: Second Bold.

3.12 Chinese author: Xiaosi imitates Song Dynasty, corresponding author does not need to be marked with an asterisk.

3.13 Author affiliation: Xiao Wu Hao Song typeface.

3.14 Chinese Abstract: Small five Song typeface, single spaced, generally not exceeding 400 words.

3.15 Keywords: Song typeface (Small five), 3–6, separated by ";" in the middle. For the convenience of retrieval and citation, keywords should be sorted according to their importance in reflecting the topic. Keywords that express core thematic factors are ranked first, while keywords that express non core thematic factors are ranked last. Generally, the most critical keywords that express the viewpoints and content of an article are placed first. The keywords that reflect the research purpose, object, method, process, etc. of the paper come first, followed by the keywords that reveal the research results, significance, and value. You can refer to the following order for selection: the 1st keyword should list the main work content or the name of the second level discipline to which the content belongs. The 2nd keyword should list the names of the research results obtained in the article or the overall category names of several results within the article. The 3rd keyword lists the specific names of the scientific research methods used in obtaining the above results or conclusions in the article. The 4th keyword should list the names of events or substances that do not appear in the first three keywords but are the main research object of the article, or nouns that the author considers important and appear in the title. The 5th and 6th keywords, if necessary, list other keywords that the author believes are beneficial for retrieval and literature utilization. When selecting keywords, non-public or common professional terms and abbreviations shall not be used; Synonyms and synonyms should not be listed as keywords.

3.16 Image classification number: Small Five Song typeface, fill in according to the content of the article. Search URL: http://ztflh.jourserv.com/  .  

3.17 English title: Times New Roman in bold.

3.18 English author: Five Times New Roman.

3.19 English author affiliation: Times New Roman in italics, please note not to italicize numbers and punctuation marks.

3.20 English Abstract: Times New Roman, single line spacing, please maintain correspondence with the Chinese abstract content.

3.21 English keyword: Small five Times New Roman.

3.22 Please indicate the fund project (source, name, and number), first author, and corresponding author information (including name, gender, education, title, year of birth, research direction, and email) in the footnote on the first page of page 3.22, with a six point font and a fixed line spacing of 12 pounds.

3.23 Text: Five Song typeface (Times New Roman for English and numbers), single spaced.

3.24 The title, horizontal header (first row), and vertical header (first column) of Table 3.24 must be in both Chinese and English. The title of the table should be bolded and the content of the table should be bolded. The row spacing should be fixed at 12 points. All tables should be arranged in a three-line table. Note 6, with a fixed line spacing of 12 pounds.

3.25 The title, caption, legend, and horizontal and vertical coordinates of Figure 3.25 must be in both Chinese and English. Title in small five character font, not bolded, caption in six character font, fixed line spacing of 12 pounds. All illustrations in the manuscript must be uploaded with the document or as attachments. The text, symbols, and numbers in the illustrations should be clearly marked, and the illustration number and title should be indicated. Please export files in emf and wmf formats for images created using Origin and Primer software. Please attach *. xls or *. xlsx files for the images generated by Excel software.

3.26 Try to avoid using maps with national and provincial boundaries in the 3.26 paper. If necessary, please use the map service system of the Ministry of Natural Resources when mapping (http://bzdt.ch.mnr.gov.cn/) Download the standard map. After the paper is accepted, the author needs to submit the basic information of the base map (including scale and review number) and the map files that need to be reviewed to the editorial department. The editorial department is responsible for submitting them to the natural resources department for review. For maps that do not require approval, please indicate the source of the map data, the name of the drawing software, and its version in the main text.

3.27 Reference, Six Times New Roman, fixed line spacing of 12 pounds.

(1) This publication uses a sequential coding system to cite references, which means that the references are consecutively coded in the order they appear in the text; If there are more than three authors in the reference, please list the first three and add "etc." or "et.al" after them. All three or fewer authors must be listed.

(2) This journal adopts the latest national standard "Information and Reference citation rules GB/T 7714—2015": the version of the journal is annotated with parentheses, such as: Journal of Beijing Normal University (Natural Science Edition). Chinese author's name written in Chinese Pinyin, with all surnames capitalized and the name can be abbreviated, taking the first letter of each Chinese Pinyin character. The author's name in foreign languages should be capitalized, with the surname before and the abbreviated name after. When citing the author's surname in the text, it should also be capitalized.

(3) The foreign title of journal’s name in the reference uses abbreviations, which must be abbreviated according to the ISO4 standard.

(4) In the references, the cited works, standards, and dissertations should indicate the page range. Please refer to the following reference citation format for details.

4. The responsibility for the submitted article shall be borne by oneself. Please keep the manuscript by the author and we do not accept returns. Once the paper is published, two sample journals of the current issue will be given as a gift, and remuneration will be paid according to regulations (excluding any part exceeding 7000 words). For those who have not received the 'Employment Notice' within 3 months, please handle it on their own. This publication has the right to modify the submitted manuscript. If you do not wish to make any changes, please declare it together with the submission. Please make sure to provide explanations when submitting papers that are urgently needed for publication. If it is found that the author has engaged in academic misconduct such as plagiarism, multiple submissions, etc., once verified, this journal has the right to send a letter to the personnel department of the author's unit for notification.

6. Copyright license agreement

Note: if it is an excerpt from a dissertation, please ensure that the full text of the dissertation cannot be accessed online first (you can apply to the university for a dissertation and delay accessing the Internet for half a year to one year).

6.1 The author of the paper guarantees that the paper is an original work and does not involve confidentiality and multiple submissions. In case of infringement or disclosure, all responsibilities shall be borne by the author of the paper.

6.2 All authors agree that once the above-mentioned papers submitted for publication in journals are hired, the author will have the right to copy and disseminate the whole paper and the drawings, tables, abstracts or other parts that can be extracted from the paper - including but not limited to the right of reproduction, distribution, information network communication, performance, translation, compilation The right of adaptation and other rights are exclusively licensed to the editorial department all over the world. The editorial department has the right to use it in the following ways, including but not limited to:

6.3 The author of the paper guarantees that the abstracts of the paper will not appear in the conference paper abstracts collected by CNKI, Wanfang and other database providers before the official publication of the journal; If the thesis is an excerpt of a dissertation, the full text of the dissertation will not be online before it is officially published, otherwise it will be withdrawn immediately.

6.4 The author of the paper guarantees that there is no dispute over the signature of the paper, there is no dispute between the author and the unit, and there are no matters that need to be coordinated. If there is a signature dispute, the responsibility shall be borne by the author of the paper.

6.5 The author of the paper shall not use the rights permitted in Article 2 of this agreement in any form by himself or by others, including not translating the full text and publishing it in other journals, but the author of the paper may quote or translate part of the content of the paper in his subsequent works, or compile it in his non periodical collection.

6.6 The rights under this Agreement are transferred free of charge.

6.7 This Agreement shall come into force from the date of signature. The term of authorization is the same as the term of copyright protection. If the author submits a copy / scan of the agreement, it shall be deemed that the copy / scan has the same legal effect as the original.
