Environmental hormone affecting the security of aquatic products

This paper primarily analyzed some important factors that may affect the security of aquatic product from the aspects of the resources and varieties of environmental hormones. The hazard and potential hazard that environmental hormones had brought were analyzed. The present status in China of environmental hormones was summarized. Some advices of enhancing security consciousness and inspecting supervising the use of environmental hormones were put forward.
