Abstract
Distribution characteristic of Cu from surface sediment of Dapeng′ao Cove was studied. And the hole samples were bedded into several layers to discuss the vertical distribution characteristic of Cu. It shows: (1) The contents of Cu (range: 20.63~78.53 mg·kg-1, average 55.08 mg·kg-1) in cage culture are much higher than that(range: 20.68~23.68 mg·kg-1, average 21.87 mg·kg-1) in control area. (2) In cage culture area, Cu contents change greatly from the depth 0 to 15 cm, slightly after 15 cm, but in control area it always change slightly. (3) Compared with related area, Cu contents are higher than that of Daya Bay, but close to that of Kasumigaura Lake with the similar cage culture background with Dapeng′ao Cove. (4) The assessment result reveals the contents of Cu in cage culture area are inferior to the first class of Marine Sediment Quality and the pollution condition is deteriorating. According to the results, it can be concluded it may inputs Cu element and causes Cu pollution in the course of cage culture.
