Abstract
The content of intracellular ROS and the activities of CAT, ACP and ALP of Chlamys farreri were studied at 5, 24, 48 and 72 h after challenged with Vibrio anguillarum injection. The results showed that the intracellular ROS content of experimental groups were much higher than that of control groups at 24, 48, 72 h. The CAT activities of experimental groups in haemocytes were higher than that of control group but not significantly. The ACP and ALP activities of experimental groups were much higher than that of control group at 5, 24, 48, 72 h. In conclusion, V.anguillarum could influence the immune activities of C.farreri.
