Determination of polyphosphates in aquatic products using ion chromatography-inline dialysis

The polyphosphates in aquatic products was determined by ion chromatography with inline dialysis. Within the concentration range of 0~10.0 mgL-1, the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999; the limit of determination is 3.0~10 gL-1; the recovery is 95.8%~104%; the RSD is less than 10%. The method, which is sensitive, accurate, simple, rapid and has a good efficiency of separation, is suitable for determining polyphosphates in aquatic products.
