三氯异氰脲酸和苯扎溴铵对海水养殖源弧菌的抑菌和杀菌效果

Inhibition and antibacterial effect of trichloroisocyanuric acid and benzalkonium bromide on Vibrio spp. from marine aquaculture

  • 摘要: 采用微量二倍稀释法进行三氯异氰脲酸和苯扎溴铵对198株海水养殖源弧菌的体外抑菌试验,在此基础上采用悬液定量杀菌法观察2种消毒剂对2株对虾致病性副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)的杀菌效果。结果表明,三氯异氰脲酸对198株弧菌的最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)为31.13~498.00 mgL-1,苯扎溴铵对198株弧菌的MIC为20.00~160.00 mgL-1。在菌悬液杀菌试验中,随着三氯异氰脲酸和苯扎溴铵质量浓度降低,100%杀灭弧菌的作用时间延长。当三氯异氰脲酸质量浓度分别为7.78 mgL-1和15.56 mgL-1时,100%杀灭FJ244和FJ246菌株的作用时间均为4 min;当苯扎溴铵质量浓度分别为20.00 mgL-1和10.00 mgL-1时,100%杀灭FJ244和FJ246菌株的作用时间分别为3 min和40 min。当消毒剂质量浓度分别递减为上述质量浓度一半时,即使延长消毒剂作用时间也未能完全杀灭弧菌。

     

    Abstract: To study the resistance of Vibrio spp. isolated from marine aquaculture to trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) and benzalkonium bromide (BB), we applied microdilution technique to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the two disinfectants to 198 strains of Vibrio spp., andconducted aquantitative suspension test to evaluate bactericidal activity of the two disinfectants to two strains of V.parahaemolyticus. The results show that the MICs of TCCA and BB for 198 strains of Vibrio spp. were 31.13~498.00 mgL-1 and 20.00~160.00 mgL-1, respectively. In quantitative suspension test, the effective killing time prolonged as the TCCA and BB concentrations decreased. The strains FJ244 and FJ246 could be effectively killed by 7.78 mgL-1 of TCCA in 4 min and 15.56 mgL-1 of TCCA in 4 min, respectively; while the strains could be effectively killed by 20.00 mgL-1 of BB in 3 min and 10 mgL-1 of BB in 40 min, respectively. When the concentrations of the two disinfectants were reduced to the half, the disinfectants failed to kill V.parahaemolyticus even if the action time prolonged.
