高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水产品中玉米赤霉醇类激素药物残留量

HPLC-MS/MS determination of zeranols residues in aquatic products

  • 摘要: 文章建立用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定水产品中玉米赤霉醇类激素药物残留量的方法。用乙腈提取水产品中6种玉米赤霉醇类药物,正己烷脱脂,氨基固相萃取柱净化。采用电喷雾电离,负离子扫描,选择反应监测模式(SRM)监测,外标法定量。该法对6种玉米赤霉醇类药物标准曲线的线性回归系数均在0.99以上,线性范围0~25 gkg-1,方法定量限1.0 gkg-1。6种玉米赤霉醇类激素药物回收率75.9%~103.8%之间,标准偏差3.90%~13.5%。该法简单、灵敏,结果可靠,可满足实验室批量样品分析的需求。

     

    Abstract: We developed a method for determining zeranols residues such as -zearalanol, -zearalanol, -zearalenol, -zearalenol, zearalanone and zearalenone by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, degreased with hexane and purified with amino solid-phase extraction column. In addition, with electrospray ionization in negative mode, we monitored the samples with selected reaction monitoring (SRM) and quantified them cation with external standard method. For the6 zeranols, it shows good linear regression coeffcient in the standard curve (all 0.99); the linear range is 0~25 gkg-1; the limit of detection is 1.0 gkg-1; the average recovery is75.9%~103.8%, and the relative standard deviation is 3.90 %~13.5 %. The method, which is simple, sensitive and reliable, can be used to identify and quantify zeranols residues in aquatic products.
