消化酶活力在千年笛鲷幼鱼不同消化器官中的比较研究

Comparative study on specific activities of digestive enzymes in different organs of young Lutjanus sebae

  • 摘要: 测定和比较了千年笛鲷(Lutjanus sebae)幼鱼不同消化器官的消化酶活性。结果表明,蛋白酶比活力为:肠胃肝胰脏(P0.01);淀粉酶比活力为:肠肝胰脏胃(P0.01);脂肪酶比活力为:肠肝胰脏胃,胃和肝胰脏间差异不显著(P0.05),但二者和肠之间差异极显著(P0.01)。千年笛鲷幼鱼肠道对食物的整体消化能力始终较强,肝胰脏和胃是消化食物的辅助器官。

     

    Abstract: The activities of digestive enzymes in three alimentary organs of Lutjanus sebae were detected and compared. The results showed that the protease activity was intestinestomachhepatopancreas (P0.01);and the amylase activity was intestine hepatopancreas stomach (P0.01);and the lipase activity was intestinehepatopancreas stomach. The lipase activity difference between intestine and hepatopancreas or stomach was significant (P0.01), but the difference between hepatopancreas and stomach was not significant (P0.05). The digestive activities of intestine in young L.sebae were high. The stomach and hepatopancreas were auxiliary organs.
