氟苯尼考对杂色鲍脓疱病的实验药效研究

Pharmacodynamics of florfenicol against pustule disease of Haliotis diversicolor under experimental infection

  • 摘要: 室内通过浸浴、创伤或注射方式对杂色鲍幼鲍以病原菌Myroides odoratus NPB-03菌株人工感染脓疱病,探讨新型抗菌药物氟苯尼考(florfenicol)在不同浓度下药浴对脓疱病的治疗效果。结果显示健康杂色鲍浸浴方式不能感染,而腹足创伤感染较注射方式引起明显的脓疱病症状,对创伤感染用氟苯尼考6gmL-1浓度药浴可明显降低死亡率,但对注射感染需10gmL-1浓度才可有效控制感染所致的死亡,结果表明对已被病原细菌感染的鲍应施用较高浓度的药物处理才有效。

     

    Abstract: The therapeutic effect of florfenicol, a novel-broad-spectrum antibiotic, against pustule disease of juvenile abalone Haliotis diversicolor Reeve was studied with Myroides odoratus (Flavobacterium odortum) NPB-03 isolate under experimental infection through immersion, wounding or injecting in foot muscle. The results showed that the NPB-03 isolate failed to infect abalone in immersion, and the symptom of pustule disease in wounding infection was more obvious than that in injecting. Florfenicol of 6 gmL-1 bath concentration could decrease effectively mortality in wounding infection, but it was 10 gmL-1 concentration for injecting infection to induce mortality. This result demonstrated it needs high-dose chemotherapeutic agents for diseased abalone infected with pathogenic bacteria.
