西江鲫的遗传多样性与群体结构

Genetic diversity and population structure of Carassius auratus in Xijiang River

  • 摘要: 为了解珠江鲫(Carassius auratus)遗传种质资源现状,文章以西江为例,利用线粒体细胞色素c氧化酶亚基Ⅰ (COⅠ)基因研究了西江8个地理群体的遗传多样性和群体结构。结果表明,西江鲫群体的遗传多样性处于较高水平。鲫群体存在显著遗传分化(FST=0.164,P<0.001),地理距离和自身生活习性可能是导致鲫群体产生遗传分化的重要因素。此外,中性检验和错配分布分析表明西江鲫没有经历近期的群体扩张。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the current status of C.auratus germplasm resources in the Pearl River, we used the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit Ⅰ (COⅠ) gene to examine the genetic diversity and population structure from eight localities in the Xijiang River. High genetic diversity was detected in C.auratus population. Statistically significant genetic differentiation existed among different populations (FST=0.164, P<0.001). Geographic distance and living habit of C.auratus might act as the potential factors that lead to significant population differentiation. In addition, neither neutrality tests nor mismatch distribution analysis find signals of recent population expansion.
