饲料糖水平对眼斑双锯鱼幼鱼生长性能和体成分的影响

Effect of dietary carbohydrate level on growth performance and body composition of juvenile Amphiprion ocellaris

  • 摘要: 为确定眼斑双锯鱼(Amphiprion ocellaris)幼鱼人工配合饲料的适宜糖水平, 研究了糖水平为4.4%、8.4%、12.2%、16.1%、20.5%、24.5%和28.4%的人工饲料对眼斑双锯鱼幼鱼生长、饲料转化率和体成分的影响。结果显示, 随着糖水平的升高, 幼鱼增重率(WG)和特定生长率(SGR)呈先增加后降低趋势。回归分析表明, 糖水平16.49%时WG最大; 糖水平16.73%时SGR最大。饲料系数(FCR)随糖水平增加呈现先下降后上升的趋势, 而蛋白质效率(PER)、蛋白质沉积率(PRR)和脂肪沉积率(LRR)的变化则相反。回归分析显示, 糖水平9.20%时FCR最小; 糖水平8.57%时PER最大; 糖水平10.97%时PRR最大; 糖水平14.12%时LRR最大。全鱼粗脂肪质量分数随糖水平升高而增加, 糖水平20.5%时达到最高水平后略有下降。综合生长参数与糖水平的回归分析结果, 眼斑双锯鱼生长最快的糖添加量为16.49%~16.73%;综合饲料效率参数与糖水平的回归分析结果, 饲料效率最高的糖添加量为8.57%~14.12%。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the effect of different carbohydrate (CHO) levels in diets on the growth performance, feed efficiency and body composition of juvenile Amphiprion ocellaris, we fed the fish with 4.4%, 8.4%, 12.2%, 16.1%, 20.5%, 24.5% and 28.4% CHO.The results show that the weight gain (WG) and special growth ratio (SGR) increased first and then decreased with increasing carbohydrate level.The regression analysis shows that the WG and SGR reached the maximum when CHO levels were 16.49% and 16.73%, respectively.Moreover, with increasing carbohydrate level, the feed coefficient (FCR) increased first and then showed a declining trend, while the trends of efficiency of protein (PER), protein retention ratio (PRR) and lipid retention ratio (LRR) were just the opposite.The regression analysis shows that the minimum FCR was at 9.20% CHO level; the maximum PER was at 8.57% CHO level; the maximum PRR was at 10.97% CHO level; and the maximum LRR was at 14.12% CHO level.The whole body fish crude fat content increased with increasing CHO levels first, and then decreased slightly after reaching the maximum value at 20.5% CHO level.Based on the second order polynomial regression analysis of growth parameter and CHO level, 16.49%~16.73% dietary CHO level provided the maximum growth of juvenile A.ocellaris.Based on the second order polynomial regression analysis of feed efficiency parameters and CHO level, 8.57%~14.12% dietary CHO level provided the maximum feed efficiency for juvenile A.ocellaris.
