高温胁迫对皱纹盘鲍幼鲍生长和成活的影响

Effect of high temperature stress on growth and survival of juvenile Haliotis discus hannai Ino

  • 摘要: 为研究皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai Ino)对高温的耐受性,选取经过选育的皱纹盘鲍幼鲍进行试验。试验共分5组,每组设置3个平行,其中自然水温组A为对照组,其他4组分别为B组25 ℃、C组28 ℃、D组31 ℃及E组32 ℃。研究了 皱纹盘鲍幼鲍在温度渐变条件下不同温度组的生长和死亡情况,从而分析其耐高温能力。试验进行了45 d,A~E组的死亡率分别为2.2%、11.1%、43.3%、81.1%和86.7%;壳长增长率分别为1.2%、0.5%、0.3%、0.1%和0.1%;壳宽增长率分别为1.2%、0.6%、0.3%、0.1%和0.1%;湿质量增长率分别为6.6%、3.3%、1.7%、1.1%和1.2%。结果表明,当温度高于其最适温度时,随着温度的升高皱纹盘鲍幼鲍的死亡率升高、生长变缓慢;并可初步判断该品系的皱纹盘鲍幼鲍可耐受30 ℃以上水温。

     

    Abstract: To study the tolerance of juvenile Haliotis discus hannai Ino to high temperature, we designed five groupswith three parallels each. The temperature of control group was set as natural temperature, and that of the other four groups were set as 25 ℃, 28 ℃, 31 ℃ and 32 ℃, respectively, so as to analyze the growth and mortality of each group. In the 45-day experiment, the mortalities of Group A~E were 2.2%, 11.1%, 43.3%, 81.1% and 86.7%, respectively; growth rates of shell length were 1.2%, 0.5%, 0.3%, 0.1% and 0.1%, respecitively; growth rates of shell width were 1.2%, 0.6%, 0.3%, 0.1% and 0.1%, respectively; growth rates of wet weight were 6.6%, 3.3%, 1.7%, 1.1% and 1.2%, respectively. The results indicate that when the temperature was higher than the optimum temperature, the mortality of juvenile abalones increased and grew slowly as the temperature increased. It is concluded that the tolerance to high temperature of juvenile H.discus hannai Ino might beabove 30 ℃.
