南海LH原油和0#柴油对3种海水增养殖生物的急性毒性研究

Acute toxicity of South China Sea LH crude oil and NO.0 diesel to three mariculture and multiplication organisms

  • 摘要: 采用半静水法进行了南海原油和0#柴油对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)、翡翠贻贝(Perna viridis)和菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)的急性毒性试验。南海LH原油乳化液、0#柴油乳化液和0#柴油分散液对凡纳滨对虾的96 h半致死安全质量浓度(LC50)分别为3.25 mgL-1、3.17 mgL-1和 2.40 mgL-1,其对应的安全阈值分别为0.33 mgL-1、0.32 mgL-1和0.24 mgL-1;南海LH原油乳化液和0#柴油乳化液对菲律宾蛤仔的96h-LC50分别为15.93 mgL-1和8.74 mgL-1,对应安全阈值分别为1.59 mgL-1和0.87 mgL-1;0#柴油乳化液对翡翠贻贝的96 h-LC50为28.90 mgL-1,安全阈值为2.89 mgL-1。

     

    Abstract: We studied the acute toxicity of Nanhai LH crude oil and NO.0 diesel to Litopenaeus vannamei, Perna viridis and Ruditapes philippinarum. The results show that 96 h-LC50 of Nanhai crude oil emulsion, NO.0 diesel emulsion and NO.0 diesel dispersants to L.vannamei were 3.25 mgL-1, 3.17 mgL-1 and 2.40 mgL-1, respectively, and the corresponding safetythresholds were 0.33 mgL-1, 0.32 mgL-1 and 0.24 mgL-1, respectively. The 96h-LC50 of Nanhai LH crude oil emulsion and NO.0 diesel emulsion to R.philippinarum were 15.93 mgL-1 and 8.74 mgL-1, respectively, and the corresponding security thresholds were 1.59 mgL-1 and 0.87 mgL-1, respectively. In addition, The 96 h-LC50 of NO.0 diesel emulsion on P.viridis was 28.90 mgL-1, and the safetythreshold was 2.89 mgL-1.
