邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对汉氏棱鳀生化指标的影响

Effect of di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP ) on biochemistry indicators of Thryssa hamiltonii

  • 摘要: 采用以海洋中上层鱼类汉氏棱鳀(Thryssa hamiltonii)为试验生物,研究了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)对海洋鱼类的毒性。结果显示,DBP对汉氏棱鳀的24 h、48 h和96 h的半致死质量浓度(LC50)分别为3.75 mgL-1、1.52 mgL-1和0.94 mg.L-1,安全质量浓度为0.07 mg.L-1。DBP对汉氏棱鳀内脏团中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在第24 小时表现为0.07 mg.L-1浓度组受诱导而0.55 mg.L-1浓度组被抑制, 而第72 小时0.07 mg.L-1浓度组被抑制而0.14 mg.L-1组被诱导升高,其他浓度组无显著变化;脑中各浓度组则表现为第24小时受到明显的诱导而到第72小时被抑制。DBP胁迫下仅第24小时引起了2组织细胞氧化损伤,细胞脂质过氧化物(MDA)的质量摩尔浓度都明显升高。内脏团中的乙酯胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性表现为0.07 mg.L-1浓度组受诱导升高而其他浓度组被抑制;而脑中0.55 mg.L-1浓度组为先受诱导升高后被抑制降低,其他浓度组则一直表现为受诱导升高。结果表明,DBP在此试验质量浓度下对汉氏棱鳀产生了明显的毒性作用,对其海洋生物存在危害,应对其海洋环境生态风险加以关注。

     

    Abstract: Taking Thryssa hamiltonii as sample, we studied the toxicity of di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) on marine epipelagic organism. The results show that the 24 h, 48 hand 96 h LC50 value of DBP on T. hamiltonii is 3.75 mgL-1, 1.52 mgL-1 and 0.94 mg.L-1, respectively. The safe concentration (SC) of DBP on T. hamiltonii is 0.07 mg.L-1. Compared with the control, at 24th hour, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of visceral mass is induced at 0.07 mg.L-1 and inhibited at 0.55 mg.L-1; while at 72nd hour it is inhibited at 0.07 mg.L-1 and induced at 0.14 mg.L-1, and there is no significant difference among the other groups. The SOD activity in brain increases at 24th hour and reduces at 72nd hour. Under DBP exposure, the malondialdehyde (MDA) content obviously increases at 24th hour in those 2 tissues. The acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity is induced at 0.07 mg.L-1 and inhibited at high dose in visceral mass; as for the brain, it is induced first at 0.55 mg.L-1 and inhibited afterwards, but it is induced in the other groups all the time. Therefore, DBP, which has obvious toxic effects on T.hamiltonii, is harmful to marine life, and it should be paid attention to its potential ecological risks on marine environment.
