高效液相色谱法检测水产品中甲基睾丸酮的假阳性分析

Analysis of false-positive reactionfor HPLC determination of 17-methyltestosterone in aquatic productby HPLC

  • 摘要: 对高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测水产品中甲基睾丸酮的实例进行分析,讨论辨别其真假阳性。结果表明,通过改变流动相的配比可以将假阳性物质进行分离。文章提出如何避免或减少检测水产品中药物残留量时假阳性出现的方法。

     

    Abstract: Based on a HPLCdetermination of17-methyltestosterone in aquatic product, the author studies how to distinguish false-positive from true-positive results. Result shows that changing the rate of mobile phase can separate the false positive substance. Furthermore, a method is proposed to prevent or reduce the false positive results.
