2种东风螺繁殖及苗种生长发育的比较

A comparison of reproduction and juvenile growth and development between Babylonia areolata and B. formosae

  • 摘要: 对方斑东风螺Babylonia areolata (Link)和台湾东风螺B.formosae(Sowerby)进行人工繁育试验,结果表明:在水温23.61.1℃和充气条件下,方斑东风螺的孵化时间为8 d,台湾东风螺的孵化时间为7 d;刚孵出幼体壳长方斑东风螺为482.710.6 m,台湾东风螺为398.210.3 m。在水温25.20.9℃、培育密度为0.1~0.2 indmL-1左右时,方斑东风螺幼体壳长增长速度可达33.6 md-1,约在第18天开始进入附着变态,变态时壳高为1.323.9118.6 m;台湾东风螺幼体壳长增长速度为25.3 md-1,约在第16 天开始进入附着变态,变态时壳高为955.574.4 m。在水温26.50.7℃、培育密度为2 100 indm-2左右时,方斑东风螺和台湾东风螺的稚贝壳高增长速度分别为0.21和0.20 mmd-1。

     

    Abstract: Artifical reproduction of Babylonia areolata and B. formosae were taken in this study. The egg capsules of this two Babylonia were held in water temperature 23.61.1℃, the hatching time for B.areolata was 7 d and the shell length of firstborn larvae was 482.710.6 m, while the hatching time for B. formosae was 8 d and the shell height of newly hatching larvae was 398.210.3 m. The larvae were reared at 0.1~0.2 indmL-1 in water temperature 25.20.9, the growth rate of larval shell height for B.areolata was 33.6 md-1 and larvae began metamorphosis when the larval shell height reached 1 323.9118.6 m after rearing 18 d, while the growth rate of larval shell height for B.formosae was 25.3 md-1 and larvae began metamorphosis when the larval shell height reached 955.5174.4 m after rearing 16 d. The juveniles were reared at 2 100 indm-2 in water temperature 26.50.7℃, the growth rate of shell height for B.areolata and B. formosae were 0.21 and 0.20 mmd-1, respective.
