Abstract: Industrial shrimp farming was a kind of high-yield shrimp culture mode in limited water cubage under human-control circumstance, which shrimp farming system depended on aquaculture engineering, water treatment system and a series of managerial approach of unpolluted shrimp farming. It was an efficiency and environmental friendly aquaculture mode. The intensive shrimp culture mode and groupware of industrial shrimp farming system would be summarized in this review.
