Pelteobagrus eupogon (Siluriformes: Bagridae) was founded in Lijiang River at Guilin City.
P.
eupogon located in the Changjiang River water system according to recordation.It was first recorded in Pearl River water system.Total body length was 254.78 mm, and standard body length was 207.70 mm with D.Ⅱ-6, P.Ⅱ-6, Ⅴ.ⅰ-5, and A.19.The number of external gill rakers on the fist gill arch was 16.Body length was 9.32 times of body depth and 6.46 times of head length.Head length was 3.96 times of snout length, 4.21 times of eye diameter and 2.25 times of interorbital width, caudal peduncle length was 3.09 times of its depth.
