Abstract:
The experiment had been conducted for 3 years from 2003 to 2005. The rearing condition of conchocelis of Shenfu No.1 was the same as the traditional ones, and the quantity discharged conchospores from the conchocelis of Shenfu No.1 was almost the same as the traditional ones, which could meet the demand of seeding and rearing in a large scale farming. After one month farming of conchosporelings of Shenfu No.1 in the sea, the average length of gametophytic blade was over twice as much as the traditional ones Shenfu No.1 had the advantage of faster growth rate, later mature and longer growth period, good color and luster. The results for increasing production and value were significant.
