海萝中抗紫外辐射物质的提取工艺优化研究

Optimization of extraction of antiultraviolet radiation compounds fromGloiopeltis furcata

  • 摘要: 类菌胞素氨基酸( MAAs) 是具有抗紫外辐射功能的小分子水溶性活性化合物。为了最大程度提取海萝 ( Gloiopeltis furcata) 中MAAs 成分, 采用甲醇溶剂超声提取法, 通过单因素实验确定超声温度、超声时间、液料比、甲醇体积分数、提取次数的最佳范围, 并用响应面法进一步优化提取海萝中MAAs 的工艺参数。经Box-Behnken 实验设计优化出最佳提取工艺条件为超声温度为41 ℃, 超声时间为81 min, 液料比为67 mLg-1 , 甲醇体积分数为12% 。在此条件下预测MAAs 的提取率为1.311 5 mgg-1 , 实际提取率为1.306 4 mgg-1。

     

    Abstract: Mycosporine-like amino acids ( MAAs) are small, water-soluble compounds serving as screens against ultraviolet radiation. To maximize the extraction of MAAs components from Gloiopeltis furcata, we applied the method of ultrasonic extraction with methanol as solvent to determine the optimum range of ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time, liquid-solid ratio, methanol concentration and extraction times by a series of single factor experiments. Then we optimized the extraction process of MAAs compounds from G. furcata by response surface methodology. The conditions optimized by Box-Behnken design were ultrasonic temperature 41 ℃, extraction for 81 min, liquid/ solid ratio of 67 mLg- 1 and methanol concentration12%. Under this condition, the expected extraction rate of MAAs was 1.311 5 mgg-1 and the actual extraction rate was 1.306 4 mgg-1 .
