Effects of different environment factors on the growth and photosynthetic pigments of seedlings of Sargassum mcclurei

  • 摘要: 研究了在不同温度、盐度、光照强度、营养盐质量比例和水深下莫氏马尾藻(Sargassum mcclurei)幼苗生长和光合色素的变化。结果表明,莫氏马尾藻幼苗生长的适宜温度为12~20 ℃,最适宜温度为12 ℃,温度高于24 ℃时生长受到抑制,藻体有腐烂现象;其生长的适宜盐度范围为22~28,其中盐度为28时生长最快,低于13时生长缓慢甚至受到抑制,并出现发白腐烂现象;其适宜光照强度为1 000~3 000 lx,光照强度过高时藻体有发白腐烂的现象;其生长的适宜营养盐比例为m硝酸钠(NaNO3)∶m磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO3)=15∶ 1;其适宜水深为30 cm,水深大于60 cm时生长受到抑制。

     

    Abstract: We studied the effects of different temperature, salinity, light intensity, nutrient mass ratio and water depth on growth and photosynthetic pigments of seedlings of Sargassum mcclurei. The main results are as follows: the suitable temperature and salinity for S.mcclurei growth are 12~20 ℃ and 22~28, and the optimal growth temperature and salinity are12 ℃ and 28, respectively. Resistance and decay of seedlings occur when the temperature is above 24 ℃ or the salinity below 13. Seedlings grow quickly under 1 000~3 000 lx light intensity; but when the light intensity is too high, seedlings rot. The suitable nutrient mass ratio and water depth for S.mcclurei are m(NaNO3) : m(KH2PO3)=15 : 1 and 30 cm, respectively, while water depth above 60 cm inhibits its growth.
