几种金属离子对沼泽红假单胞菌2-8生长和亚硝酸盐消除的影响

Influence the growth and nitrite elimination capacity of Rhodopseudomonas palustris strain 2-8

  • 摘要: 在培养基中添加一定浓度金属离子,研究了不同浓度铜离子(Cu2+)、镁离子(Mg2+)、锌离子(Zn2+)、铁离子(Fe3+)和锰离子(Mn2+)对沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)2-8株生长和亚硝酸盐消除能力的影响。结果发现,110-7 molL-1 Cu2+刺激菌株生长和亚硝酸盐消除,110-4 molL-1 Cu2+抑制生长和亚硝酸盐消除,10-6和110-5 molL-1的Cu2+抑制生长,但刺激亚硝酸盐消除;110-4 molL-1 Mg2+刺激菌株生长和亚硝酸盐消除;不同浓度Zn2+对菌体生长影响不显著,但浓度为110-6 molL-1和110-7 molL-1时刺激亚硝酸盐消除,浓度大于110-6 molL-1时抑制亚硝酸盐消除;Fe3+促进生长,浓度越高生长越好,对菌株亚硝酸盐消除的影响则刚好相反;不同浓度Mn2+均抑制菌株生长,110-6 ~110-3 molL-1Mn2+抑制亚硝酸盐消除。受测定的5个金属离子中除110-4 molL-1 Cu2+对菌株亚硝酸盐消除能力的抑制较强外,其他离子的抑制会随时间推移逐渐消失。

     

    Abstract: Wesupplemented different concentrations of Cu2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Fe3+, Mn2+ to the substrate to study their influence on the growth and nitrite removal of Rhodopseudomonas palustris strain 2-8. It is found that 110-7 molL-1 Cu2+ improves but 110-4 molL-1 Cu2+ inhibits the growth and nitrite removal of strain 2-8;110-6 and 110-5 molL-1 Cu2+ inhibits the growth but improves the nitrite removal. 110-4 molL-1 Mg2+ improves the growth and nitrite removal. Zn2+ has no significant influence on the growth but low concentration (110-6 molL-1 and 110-7 molL-1) of Zn2+ improves the nitrite removal, while high concentration (110-6 molL-1) is the opposite. The higher the concentration of Fe3+ is, the better the growth is but the worse the nitrite removal is. Mn2+ inhibits the growth and 110-6~110-3 molL-1 Mn2+ inhibits the nitirte removal. Except 110-4 molL-1 Cu2+ which inhibits nitrite removal greatly, the inhibition of the other metal ions becomes weaker with time.
