Abstract:
A HPLC method fordetermination of furazolidone residue in the sediment of aquaculture pond was established. The optimal extraction method, which was determined after comparison, could be summarized as follows: the sediment was extracted by ethyl acetatewith ultrasonic treatment, then water was removed by anhydrous sodium sulfate, and finally the extraction was loaded on the detector after being resolved by mobile phase. The linear range was 0.01~1.00 gmL-1; the correlation coefficient was 0.999; the recovery rate ranged from 88.2% to 92.6%; the relative standard deviation was 0.88%~2.67%, and the LOD was 1.0 gkg-1. The results showed that this accurate and repeatable method was easy to operate and could achieve fast extraction; it was suitable fordetermination of furazolidone residue in the sediment of aquaculture pond, which provided a practical way for monitoring the aquaculture environment.
