pH对西施舌受精卵与幼虫生长发育的影响

Effects of pH on growth development of larva Coelomactra antiquata and survival rate of fertilized eggs

  • 摘要: 研究了在室内控制条件下,pH对西施舌(Coelomactra antiquata)受精卵的孵化与面盘幼虫生长发育及附着变态的影响。试验结果表明,西施舌受精卵孵化成担轮幼虫的最适pH为7.0~8.5;从担轮幼虫发育成直线铰合幼虫的最适pH为7.5~8.5。在pH 8.0~8.2面盘幼虫生长较快,日平均壳长增长15.0~16.5 μm。在水温26.4±0.45 ℃,盐度25.50,pH 8.0~8.2的条件下,平均壳长196 μm的西施舌壳顶面盘幼虫经72 h培育,幼虫附着变态率为51.66%~53.00%。

     

    Abstract: The effects of pH on the hatching of Coelomactra antiquata fertilized eggs and on the development as well as attachment metamorphosis of velige larva were studied. The results showed that the optimal pH for fertilized eggs to be hatched to trochophore larva was 7.0~8.5, while the optimal pH for trochophore larva to grow to straight line hinge larva was 7.5~8.5. Velige grew faster when pH was 8.0~8.2 and the average daily growth gain of shell length was 15.0~16.5 μm on average. When water temperature was 26.4±0.45 ℃, salinity 25.50 and pH 8.0~8.2, C.antiquata veliger with an average shell length of 196 μm, after 72 hours of cultivation, reached attachment metamorphosis at a rate of 51.66%~53.00%.
