Abstract:
To explore the suitable environmental conditions for conchospore releasing, attachment and germination in
Pyropia dentata, and to provide references for production, we compared the effects of different temperatures (14 ℃, 18 ℃, 22 ℃, 26 ℃), salinities (15, 20, 25, 30, 35) and light intensities (0 lx, 3 000 lx, 6 000 lx, 9 000 lx) on the conchospores releasing, attachment and germination. The results show that the suitable conditions for conchospores releasing were temperature of 14~26 ℃, salinity of 25~30 and light intensity of 0~3 000 lx; the suitable conditions for conchospores attachment were temperature of 14~22 ℃, salinity of 25~30 and light intensity of 6 000~9 000 lx; the suitable conditions for conchospore germination were temperature of 22~26 ℃, salinity of 25~35 and light intensity of 3 000~9 000 lx.
