石莼对褐菖鮋养殖水体的生态作用

Ecological effects of Ulva lactuca on Sebastiscus marmoratus aquculture

  • 摘要: 在褐菖鲉(Sebastiscus marmoratus)室内养殖条件下,以不换水作为对照组,设置了2个石莼(Ulva lactuca)养殖密度梯度,研究了石莼对褐菖鲉养殖水体的生态作用。试验结果表明,石莼对褐菖鲉养殖水体中氮、磷营养盐的清除效果明显。在褐菖鲉养殖水体中分别加入石莼534 和801 gm-3共9 d不换水,与对照组相比,养殖密度为534 gm-3的石莼组对硝态氮(NO3-N)、氨态氮(NH4-N)和无机磷(PO4-P)的清除率分别为83.7%、90.7%和86.5%;养殖密度为801 gm-3的石莼组对NO3-N、NH4-N和PO4-P的清除率分别为90.1%、96.9%和92.7%。

     

    Abstract: Under indoor aquaculture conditions of Sebastiscus marmoratus, the paper studied the ecological effects of Ulva lactuca by comparing two U. lactuca groups at different stocking densities with the control group (without water exchange). The results showed that U. lactuca was effective in removing N and P nutrient salts in aquaculture water. The densities of U. lactuca put into S. marmoratus were 534 gm-3 and 801 gm-3, respectively. The experiment lasted for 9 days without water exchange. Compared with the control group, the removal efficiencies of NO3-N, NH4-N and PO4-P were 83.7%, 90.7% and 86.5%, respectively in 534 gm-3 group, while those of NO3-N, NH4-N and PO4-P were 90.1%, 96.9% and 92.7%, respectively in 801 gm-3 group.
